Gordon Brown has announced that HMG is selling the Tote, AGAIN. He seems to think it is worth £300m. Quite apart from the difficulties of who actually owns (or owned) it, can it still really be worth that sort of sum especially considering the change in valuations shown at the 3 largest bookmakers in the country?? We think not!
